No fault divorce is finally arriving

We are very pleased that no fault divorce is finally arriving! Divorce is not something anyone wants to happen, but the old system usually made a bad situation worse.
The new system is very simple – see our previous blog on the new legislation to enable a ‘no-fault’ divorce. You can do it yourself via gov.uk website, or we can do it for you via a special court portal. Always remember, the divorce process simply ends the marriage – you may need to sort out your finances separately, or the arrangements for your children.
