We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our dynamic specialist family law practice in the centre of Norwich.
You must have typing speeds of above 60wpm and have used digital audio dictation. You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and working under pressure. Experience of working in a family law department would be of a distinct advantage.
The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent delivery of client service is also essential to the role. You will be willing and able to help out with various tasks as required, without supervision.
You will be proactive, have good attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach. You will have the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise your workload and be adaptable to undertake other administrative duties and secretarial support to the whole office.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an accurate typist, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as have a high level of IT skills with competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
