We are looking for a full time receptionist to work in our family law practice in the centre of Norwich.
You will have excellent organisational skills and be a good communicator who is able to work on their own initiative whilst working within a small team, helping out with various tasks as required.
You will need to have excellent people and communication skills with a pleasant personality to greet clients and other visitors to the firm in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. A polite and efficient telephone manner is required to process all incoming calls.
You will be proactive, have good attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach. You will have the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise your workload and be adaptable to undertake other administrative duties and typist support to the whole office.
You will be responsible for organising and maintaining the reception area, preparing meetings rooms and ensuring they are stocked with the necessary stationary, equipment and resources, ordering stationery and keeping stock of leaflets, taking payments from clients and arranging refreshments for meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an accurate typist, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Word. 1-2 years experience in an office environment would be preferred.
