Our lawyers are qualified solicitors who specialise in family law issues. This includes divorce, disputes concerning children, financial settlements and disputes between unmarried couples. We have close working relationships with other professionals, including accountants, financial advisors and counsellors. This means we offer a fully supportive service.

We tend to try and settle most cases without needing court proceedings. However, if court proceedings are necessary, we provide sensible, firm representation.

As specialists, we have experience of dealing with unusual or complex issues including family businesses, trusts, farms, and difficult children cases. We also specialise in cases with an international element - increasingly we see families with connections to more than one country. We can also prepare cohabitation agreements or pre nuptial agreements at the start of a relationship. 

We often see clients who are uncertain about their relationship. They find a one off meeting can offer reassurance, and we can set out your options in the event the relationship fails. We can suggest services to offer support and advice throughout these periods of uncertainty.  We also offer a Fixed Fee scheme for some cases.
